Alicia Morry
Alicia Morry is an artist from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. She primarily works in watercolour but enjoys working with other media, including pastel and oil. She is passionate about nature and enjoys getting outside to paint plein air wherever she is— be it a scenic viewpoint or her own backyard. She holds a master’s in Environmental Sciences, Policy, and Management from Central European University as well as bachelor’s degrees in earth sciences and archaeology from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She also enjoys teaching watercolour and has delivered a number of workshops, including one for AANL in fall 2024 on painting rocky landscapes and trees.
